Terms & Conditions

SnowPeeler term of use

The SnowPeeler should not be used in windy conditions or close to overhead electric power lines. You should remain aware that snow may freeze and slide down the pole; do not hold the pole overhead and remain safely to the side of the pole when it is in operation.

The SnowPeeler is designed to remove snow from rooftops and not to chop or break ice

The SnowPeeler’s efficiency is reduced in the presence of hardened snow.

The SnowPeeler is designed to be used while standing firmly on the ground and every reasonable measure should be taken to attempt removal of snow from the ground in order to assure yourself of stable footing. The SnowPeeler is NOT intended to be used from an elevated structure, as that would create the additional risk of fall and/or electrocution which can result in severe injuries, including accidental death. While using the SnowPeeler you must be properly anchored with secure footing at all times, holding the pole to the side while in operation and following all safety guidelines issued by the governmental body of your region. Stay away from overhead electric power lines or frozen footing.
